Yuki Tsunoda: Late Spin in Canada
Tsunoda finished 14th in the Canadian Grand Prix F1 race at Circuit Gilles-Villeneuve on Sunday.
Analysis:
Tsunoda would start eighth on the grid after another strong qualifying effort in the Team RB Honda. However, the start would be rough for Tsunoda and he'd tumble to P12 by the end of lap 2. He would go back to work getting that track position back and race up to seventh-place by the middle laps of the grand prix. However, a late-race mistake navigating the turn 8/9 chicane would see Tsunoda slide off course and through the grass. By the time he got back going, he would tumble from ninth- to 14th-place. It was a disappointing finish to what could have been a points day for Tsunoda in Canada.
