Nico Hulkenberg: Best Finish of Season
Hulkenberg finished sixth in the Austrian Grand Prix F1 race at the Red Bull Ring in Spielberg on Sunday afternoon
Analysis:
The Haas F1 veteran started ninth on the grid after a good qualifying effort and quickly promoted to eighth-place after an early overtake of Esteban Ocon. Hulkenberg would be one of the early takers for fresh rubber on lap 11 and use a long second stint strategy. He would climb all the way from P16 back to P8 by the time his second stop rolled around. Hulkenberg would hold Sergio Perez at bay over the closing laps to secure his best finish of the season with P6 in Austria.
