Charles Leclerc: Disappointing Day in Austria
Leclerc finished 11th in the Austrian Grand Prix F1 race at the Red Bull Ring in Spielberg on Sunday afternoon.
Analysis:
Leclerc would start sixth on the grid and set out to race his way onto the podium in Austria. However, the Ferrari star would run into trouble early. Leclerc would have a first-lap clash with Oscar Piastri and Sergio Perez that would deal damage to his machine. He would be forced to pit on lap 2 and exchange front wings, falling all the way to P19. It would be a recovery race from that point on for Leclerc, that would feature four total pit stops. A late overtake of Esteban Ocon would move him into a P11 finish in Spielberg.
