Esteban Ocon: Mid-Pack Battle in Austria

Ocon finished 12th in the Austrian Grand Prix F1 race at the Red Bull Ring in Spielberg on Sunday afternoon.

Analysis:

Early battles with teammate Pierre Gasly would mark Ocon's day at the Red Bull Ring. A lap 19 pit stop wouldn't seem to help anchor him inside the Top 10, and instead Ocon would battle just outside the Top 10 the rest of the way. The Alpine veteran would promote to P11 with the late retirement of Lando Norris, but then he'd lose a spot to Charles Leclerc in the last couple laps to cross the finish line P12.
