Yuki Tsunoda: Grabs Points in Budapest

Tsunoda finished ninth in the Hungarian Grand Prix Formula 1 race at the Hungaroring in Budapest on Sunday afternoon.

Analysis:

Tsunoda extended his points streak to two grand prix with a steady performance Sunday in Budapest. The Team RB youngster started 10th on the grid and ran a good race from the management side to hang onto that good track position. Tsunoda would lose a couple spot initially, but he'd run a long opening stint to pit on lap 29. He would move up to P8 as a result of the overcut. From there he'd mostly battle with Lance Stroll and George Russell in a heated mid-field battle. Tsunoda would lose sight of Russell over the closing laps, but he'd hold off a strong challenge from Stroll in the closing laps to secure the steady P9 and points in Hungary.
