Esteban Ocon: Rebounds to Points in Belgium
Ocon finished ninth at the Belgian Grand Prix F1 race at Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps on Sunday.
Analysis:
After a couple poor rounds, Ocon would rebound to the points Sunday at Spa-Francorchamps. The Alpine veteran would qualify P9 on the starting grid and run a well-managed grand prix to hold onto that track position. Ocon would get cleanly through lap 1 and settle in for this 44-lap battle. He would manage a good gap to Daniel Ricciardo down the stretch and appear poised to grab P10 and the lone point. However, George Russell's post-race disqualification would promote Ocon to P9 and 2 points in Belgium.
