Yuki Tsunoda: Early Retirement in Azerbaijan

Tsunoda suffered lap 1 damage and finished 20th in the Azerbaijan Grand Prix F1 race at Baku City Circuit on Sunday.

Analysis:

A P11 start and hopeful outlook for the Azerbaijan GP would be erased after opening lap contact with Lance Stroll. The Aston Martin driver would suffer a tyre puncture, but Tsunoda's damage was far worse. He would fade to P16 and pit on lap 12. The damage would be bad enough that the team would eventually call him to the garage two laps later to retire for the day. Tsunoda will look to break out of his recent slump next round out in Singapore.
