George Russell: Singapore Practice Crash
Russell crashed during FP2 for the Singapore Grand Prix Formula 1 race at the Marina Bay Circuit Friday evening.
Analysis:
The Mercedes veteran would post the seventh-fastest lap of FP2 before a miscalculation in turn 8 would bite him. Russell would make contact with the outside wall in the closing minutes of the session and damage his front wing. It would bring the session to a close and Russell would return to the garage for repairs. He'll look to put this mistake behind him ahead of Saturday's pole qualifying in Singapore.
