Zhou Guanyu: Good showing in Las Vegas GP
Guanyu finished 13th in the Las Vegas Grand Prix F1 race at the Las Vegas Strip Circuit on Sunday.
Analysis:
Gunayu was competitive for the first time since the opening race of the season and reached Q2 in qualifying for the first time since the British Grand Prix. While it didn't result in points, it was a strong showing for both Gunayu and the team. He benefitted from a call to start on soft tires and run a two-stop race, as many teams had planned for a one-stop strategy that became impractical after tires wore more than expected.
