Pierre Gasly: P7 in Season Finale

Gasly finished seventh in the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix Formula 1 race at the Lusail Circuit on Sunday evening.

Analysis:

Gasly continued his strong finish to the season with another great performance at Abu Dhabi. The Alpine veteran started fifth on the grid after a brilliant qualifying performance. He would gain a couple spots after the opening lap and Max Verstappen / Oscar Piastri incident. Gasly would make it a one-stop race by pitting on lap 14. That would anchor him inside the Top 10. Lewis Hamilton and Verstappen would get around him in the final laps of the race during their recovery drives. Gasly would still end up with an strong seventh-place finish.
