Patricio O’Ward: Recovers from poor qualifying

O'Ward finished 11th in the IndyCar Firestone Grand Prix of St. Petersburg on Sunday.

Analysis:

This won't go down as one of O'Ward's best showings, but he did well to move up through the field and grab 19 points. He began the race in 23rd position after failing to progress out of the first round of qualifying Saturday. O'Ward will now turn his attention to Thermal, which will be a points-paying race for the first time in 2025.
