George Russell: Podium Effort in Australia
Russell finished third in the Australian Grand Prix Formula 1 race at the Albert Park Circuit on Sunday afternoon.
Analysis:
The Mercedes veteran started fourth on the grid and would use that good track position in wet conditions at the Albert Park Circuit. Despite all the changing track conditions and incidents on track, Russell would hold down P4 for much of the event. He would make a good move from P8 up to third-place after the final pit stops of the day and hold off a hard-charging Kimi Antonelli to claim third-place and the final spot on the podium for the Australian GP.
