Lando Norris: Runner-up Finish in Shanghai
Norris finished second in the Chinese Grand Prix Formula 1 race at the Shanghai International Circuit on Sunday afternoon.
Analysis:
Norris would get the jump on George Russell at the lights out and quickly promote to P2 on the opening lap. The McLaren star would briefly inherit the lead for 2 laps during Oscar Piastri's lap 14 pit stop. However, Norris would cycle back to P2 after his own stop. From there he'd control second-place the rest of the way and keep Russell at bay despite a late-race braking issue. The runner-up finish for Norris gave McLaren an impressive 1-2 performance at Shanghai.
