Lewis Hamilton: Disqualified in China

Hamilton was disqualified and finished 19th in the Chinese Grand Prix F1 race at Shanghai International Circuit on Sunday.

Analysis:

An apparent sixth-place finish and points were erased by a post-race technical infraction. Hamilton's Ferrari was found to have too much bottom plate wear and was below minimum thickness. FIA disqualified him from the Chinese GP and he was credited with a disappointing 19th-place finish. The Ferrari star had good pace and a strong weekend so Hamilton will look to quickly rebound in Japan next round.
