Yuki Tsunoda: Practice Crash in Jeddah
Tsunoda crashed during FP2 for the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix Formula 1 race at the Jeddah Corniche Circuit on Friday evening.
Analysis:
It was a disappointing way to end what had been a solid practice for Tsunoda. He was P6 on the board when in the final minutes he'd make a grave miscalculation in the final turn and clip the inside wall. The contact would send his Red Bull machine skidding into the outside barrier and a heavy-impact crash. The red flag would come out and effectively end the session. Tsunoda and the Red Bull team will now try to rebuild and regroup ahead of Saturday's pole qualifying in Jeddah.
