Yuki Tsunoda: Manages point after big crash
Tsunoda finished 10th in the Emilia Romagna Grand Prix F1 race at Autodromo Internazionale Enzo e Dino Ferrari on Sunday.
Analysis:
Tsunoda didn't set a lap time in qualifying after a massive crash that saw him barrel through the gravel pit and rip his car apart. Fortunately, he walked away unscathed, and his mechanics at Red Bull were able to rebuild his car in time for race day. Tsunoda was on the proper strategy to take advantage of virtual and full safety cars, pitting under each, as he ran a long initial stint on hard tires. That allowed him to recover to tally a point on what had the potential to be a disastrous weekend.
