Lance Stroll: Withdraws from Spanish GP
Stroll withdrew from the Spanish Grand Prix F1 race on Saturday, Nate Saunders of ESPN reports.
Analysis:
Stroll participated in qualifying and advanced out of Q1, setting him up to start 14th on the grid for the grand prix. However, word came out shortly thereafter that Stroll was withdrawing due to a wrist issue. Since, conflicting reports and rumors have emerged regarding a potential conflict with the team, and Aston Martin released an official statement saying that Stroll was "upset" after qualifying. Whether his absence was conduct or injury related, Stroll's future with Aston Martin will be worth monitoring.
