Charles Leclerc: Poor Strategy
Leclerc finished 14th in the British Grand Prix Formula 1 race at the Silverstone Circuit on Sunday afternoon.
Analysis:
The Ferrari star was one of a handful of drivers who would pit during the formation lap and forfeit his sixth-place starting spot on the grid in order to grab slick tyres before the lights out. Leclerc would drop to P15 after the race got rolling and would be mired deep in the field the rest of the way. He would claw his way back inside the Top 10 late in the grand prix just in time for his second pit stop and would drop back to P14 as a result and where he'd ride for the rest of the way. Leclerc will look to rebound next round out in Belgium.
