Lando Norris: Leads Hungary First Practice
Norris has topped the timesheets during the opening practice session at the Hungarian Grand Prix, the McLaren man leading the way from team mate Oscar Piastri and Ferrari's Charles Leclerc, Formula1.com reports.
Analysis:
Norris would set the pace early in the session while teams were gathering data on hard and medium tyres. The McLaren star would remain the top driver as teams shifted to soft tyres for mock qualifying runs at the Hungaroring. Norris would forge a lap of 1:16.052 and edge Piastri by just 0.019-seconds to take the top of the timing sheets. It's shaping up to be another McLaren battle in Sunday's Hungarian Grand Prix.
