Lando Norris: Tops FP2 in Budapest
Norris set the pace during Friday's second practice session for the Hungarian Grand Prix, leading the way from team mate Oscar Piastri and Ferrari's Charles Leclerc, while Max Verstappen is set to take a trip to the stewards after a strange on-track moment, Formula1.com reports.
Analysis:
Other than a couple near-misses on track, this was largely an uneventful second practice in Hungary. Just past halfway teams would switch to soft rubber and look to lay down qualifying laps. Norris would once again jump to the top of the timing charts with a lap of 1:15.624. He would best Piastri by nearly three-tenths in this session to sweep both Friday practices in Budapest. The McLaren star looks poised for a big Sunday grand prix in Hungary.
