Lewis Hamilton: DNF in Dutch Grand Prix
Hamilton crashed and finished 20th in the Dutch Grand Prix Formula 1 race at Circuit Zandvoort on Sunday afternoon.
Analysis:
The Ferrari star would start seventh on the grid and look forward to a points drive Sunday in the Dutch Grand Prix. Hamilton would hold down P7 all the way until rain drops started to fall and make for some greasy conditions on the track. Lap 22 would see him take the highly banked turn 3 a bit too high and get his right side tyres on the painted surface outside the lines. The Ferrari would lose grip and spin hard into the wall. The damage would be extensive and Hamilton's day in Zandvoort would be done. He would be the first retirement of the day and credited with a disappointing 20th-place finish.
