Oliver Bearman: 10-Second Time Penalty
Bearman finished 12th in the Italian Grand Prix Formula 1 race at the Monza Circuit on Sunday afternoon.
Analysis:
Bearman would start 11th on the grid and he'd be among the early takers for pit road on lap 18. That undercut would trigger a number of following pit stops by other drivers. The Haas youngster would have a run-in with Carlos Sainz in the chicane while battling for position. The stewards would later find Bearman guilty of causing a collision and slap the young driver with a 10-second time penalty. That would undo any chances he had of claiming points at Monza and the best he could manage was P12 by the checkered flag.
