Lando Norris: Tops Sao Paulo Practice
Norris topped the timesheets during Friday's one and only practice session for the Sao Paulo Grand Prix, leading the way from McLaren team mate Oscar Piastri and Kick Sauber's Nico Hulkenberg, Formula1.com reports.
Analysis:
This hour-long session would see a lot of action. Data collection for long runs would be the opening for most teams with mock qualifying runs happening in the latter minutes. Norris would leap to the top of the time sheets with a lap of 1:09.975 on soft tyres. He would edge Piastri by just 0.023-seconds to claim the top lap of the session. Norris looks to be one of the top contenders to win both the Sprint and Grand Prix this weekend in Brazil.
