Lance Stroll: Minimal running in Australia
Stroll was not classified in the Australian Grand Prix F1 race at Albert Park Circuit on Sunday.
Analysis:
Aston Martin was known to be in a significant hole heading into the weekend, and Stroll was rarely on the track. He ran only 16 laps combined across the three practice sessions and did not participate at all in qualifying. Stroll did manage to complete 43 laps on race day, double that of teammate Fernando Alonso, but it was an underwhelming weekend. Things aren't likely to get much better for Aston Martin during the Chinese Grand Prix.
