Albon has been demoted down to P19 for the Miami Sprint after the stewards deemed the Williams driver exceeded track limits during Sprint Qualifying, Formula1.com reports.
Analysis:
Albon would make it through SQ2 on Friday and originally slot P14 on the starting grid for Saturday's Sprint in Miami. However, the stewards found that the Williams veteran exceeded track limits in turn 6 of his final flying laps. With that lap negated, Albon slides to P19 on the grid for Saturday's Sprint. It's an unfortunate setback for the struggling driver.
