Stroll was forced to retire from the Belgian Grand Prix F1 race after 25 laps at Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps on Sunday.
Analysis:The Aston Martin remained well off the pace in Belgium, though Stroll was able to stick relatively close to teammate Fernando Alonso during qualifying and the race. Stroll made his first stop of the race on Lap 17 but was called back into the pits only a handful of laps later due to a gearbox problem, which ultimately ended his race. Aston Martin is set to introduce major upgrades at the Hungarian Grand Prix, which should give Stroll the chance to be reasonably competitive for the first time this season.
