His inclusion in the starting lineup comes less than two weeks after being sold to the French side from Barcelona for a world-record transfer fee worth €222 million.
PSG was unable to select the Brazilian ahead of its opening match victory over Amiens because the Ligue de Football Professionnel (LFP) had yet to receive Neymar's international transfer certificate from Barcelona.
Neymar is one of five Brazilians named to Unai Emery's starting XI, joining compatriots such as Dani Alves, Thiago Silva, Marquinhos, Thiago Motta
PSG will look to stay perfect this term against a Guigamp side that won its opening match 3-1 against Metz.
