Chad prospect Casimir Ninga awarded new deal at Montpellier

Montpellier - Chad international striker Casimir Ninga has been rewarded for an impressive first season in European football with a contract extension by Montpellier, the French Ligue 1 side announced on Friday.

The 22-year-old, signed last August from Mangasport in Gabon on a four-year deal, has penned a one-year extension to keep him at Montpellier until June 2020.
Ninga has scored six goals in 11 Ligue 1 appearances for 15th-placed Montpellier, including doubles away at Lyon and Marseille.
