Harry Kane and Harry Winks are out. Jake Livermore is in.

On Monday, the Football Association announced that Livermore was added to England's squad following the withdrawal of Kane and Winks, who underwent assessment at Tottenham Hotspur earlier in the day and were ruled out of the Three Lions' two friendlies in November.

England will welcome Germany and Brazil to Wembley Stadium Nov. 10 and Nov. 14, respectively. The games will mark the Three Lions' first test since they ended their journey in 2018 World Cup qualifying.

According to the Guardian's Daniel Taylor, Kane was injured in Tottenham's 1-0 victory over Crystal Palace and stayed in London for treatment while England's other players reported for international duty. Winks apparently twisted his ankle during the game. The withdrawals mean three of Spurs' footballers were forced to exit the Three Lions' squad, as Dele Alli also withdrew through injury.

Michael Keane was drafted into England's squad following Alli's withdrawal.
