Meanwhile, two players - defender Davide Santon and midfielder Nicolo Zaniolo - have also completed moves from Inter to Roma. Santon joins Roma for a fee of €9.5 million, while Zaniolo, 18, was procured for a €4.5-million fee.
Santon: "I cannot wait to get started and show everyone what I can do.

Nainggolan arrived in Milan on Monday and was greeted by hundreds of adoring fans before completing his transfer.
"I did not expect such a warm welcome," he said. "I am happy. It will now be down to me to earn yet more applause.
"Affection from the fans is important for any player and it means that they're enthusiastic, just like I am. I hope that we can now enjoy more happy times together."
The power midfielder's transfer to Inter will reunite him with manager Luciano Spalletti, who was in charge at Roma before moving to Inter in 2017.
"My best season was with him and I now hope that I can do just as well," Nainggolan added. "I am at the coach's disposal and I am pleased to be back working with him."
After joining Roma from Cagliari in 2014, Nainggolan went on to score 33 goals during 203 appearances in all competitions.
