Paolo Vanoli, who led Venezia back into Serie A last season, was on Friday named as the new coach of top flight rivals Torino.
"Torino are pleased to announce that from July 1, the technical direction of its first team will be entrusted to Paolo Vanoli," the club said in a statement.
Vanoli, 51, has signed a two-year contract with Torino where he succeeds Croatian Ivan Juric who had been in the post since 2021.
A former Italian international, Vanoli began his coaching career managing Italian national youth teams, before joining the coaching set-ups at Chelsea and Inter Milan alongside Antonio Conte.
Torino, who were ninth last season, are the 11th Serie A club to have changed coach since the end of the 2023-24 season.
