Magic spray wasn't going to cut it after Albacete defender Mariano Bittolo was involved in a freak collision that required 10 stitches to his penis.
During a seemingly innocuous midair challenge for the ball, Bittolo dropped to the ground in visible pain after his teammate, Roman Zozulya, inadvertently raked his studs on the 27-year-old's penis during Saturday's goalless draw with SD Huesca.
Bittolo inspected the damage and called for medical attention after presumably discovering the severity of the injury.
Team doctor Eduardo Rodriguez confirmed to Spanish outlet Marca that Bittolo will not miss any time despite the 10 stitches needed to close the wound.
