Ronaldo misses training again as El Clasico approaches
Cristiano Ronaldo raised fears that he could miss Saturday's El Clasico after training separately for the second consecutive day.
Despite playing through a calf injury in last weekend's Club World Cup final, the Real Madrid superstar said he'd be fit for the marquee clash against Barcelona.
The club shed little light on Ronaldo's status, only confirming that he missed the team's training session.
Luka Modric also worked on his own Wednesday.
Gareth Bale has suffered no apparent setbacks in his return from injury, while Karim Benzema rejoined his teammates following a day off.
Ronaldo has finally found his groove after a difficult start to the campaign. With eight goals in his past seven outings - including the winning tally in the Club World Cup final against Gremio - the Portuguese international has looked like his old self.
