Seville's Estadio La Cartuja to host Copa del Rey final until 2023
Madrid, Feb 5, 2020 (AFP) - Seville's Estadio La Cartuja will host the next four finals of Spain's Copa del Rey, the Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) announced on Wednesday.
The stadium, which has a capacity of more than 57,000 and was built in 1999 for the World Athletics Championships, is not home to any La Liga club and will hold this term's showpiece event on April 18.
Last season's match was also held in the city but at Real Betis' Benito Villamarin Stadium as Valencia beat Barcelona 2-1.
