Cesc Fabregas: Heading to Chelsea

Barcelona announced Thursday that they have reached an agreement to transfer Fabregas to Chelsea, the club's official web site reports.

Chelsea have made huge waves since the end of the season, sending David Luiz to Paris Saint-Germain, while bringing in Diego Costa from Atletico Madrid and now Fabregas. The former Arsenal captain is a big get for the Blues and will be a top fantasy midfielder next season.
