Inter Milan sporting director: 'Dani Alves is not in our plans'
Dani Alves will not be swapping his red stripes for black ones, as Inter Milan's sporting director Piero Ausilio has moved to dismiss reports that the Brazilian right-back could be in line for a move to Italy.
Alves, 31, has been linked with a move away from the Camp Nou this summer, and in recent days Inter have been suggested as a possible destination - rumors which apparently have no basis in fact.
"Dani Alves is not in our plans," Ausilio told Sport Mediaset, via FOX Soccer.
Alves' agent, Bibian Weggelaar, also noted that there has not been any contact between the two sides.
Speaking with calciomercato.com, he said: "You should ask Inter, because we have never had any contact with Inter.
"We don't know anything, there were no contacts and for us it is difficult to comment on these rumors."
