Cristiano Ronaldo will be available off the bench for the second leg of the Spanish Super Cup against Atletico Madrid on Friday after Real Madrid manager Carlo Ancelotti confirmed the Portuguese superstar's fitness.
"He is available to play and will be able to start the game. All the players are ready but that doesn't mean I won't make changes," Ancelotti said, via The Telegraph.
Ronaldo suffered a hamstring strain during the first leg and was forced to come off the pitch because of the discomfort, but Ancelotti never appeared to be worried about the injury.
The second leg will take place at the Vicente Calderón Stadium after the first leg ended with a 1-1 result at the Santiago Bernabéu on Tuesday.
