Real Madrid's Sergio Ramos returns to training following hamstring injury
Reuters
Mired in a poor run of form that has seen them slip behind Barcelona and into second place in La Liga, Real Madrid received some much-needed good news on Sunday.
The club announced that defender Sergio Ramos, who's been out of action since suffering a hamstring injury in early February, returned to full training and is in contention for a spot in the squad to play Tuesday's Champions League match against Schalke.
Ramos, 28, has not played since picking up the ailment in the club's 2-1 victory over Sevilla on Feb. 4.
