Juanmi, who notched eight goals in 34 La Liga appearances for Malaga CF last season, reportedly had his buyout clause met by Southampton after several weeks of negotiations and is already in England to undergo a medical and sign a long-term deal.
Back in 2010, when he was only 16 years old, Juanmi became the youngest goalscorer in Malaga's history by finding the back of the net against Getafe CF in a Copa del Rey fixture.
