Fernando Torres will once again wear No. 9 at Atletico Madrid
Perhaps a return to his former shirt number will trigger a return to form.
Fernando Torres took to Twitter on Wednesday to announce that he'll once again don the No. 9 shirt at Atletico Madrid.

Torres initially accepted the No. 19 shirt upon returning to Atleti - on a loan from AC Milan that will keep him at the Vicente Calderon through 2015-16 - as Mario Mandzukic was wearing No. 9.
Of course, Mandzukic just completed a move to Juventus, paving the way for Torres to snatch up the available number.
During Torres' first six seasons at Atleti (2001-2007) when he adopted the No. 9, he made 244 appearances and scored 91 goals for the club - numbers he's been unable to replicate for quite some time.
