Report: Neymar leaves Brazil training with knee injury
Reuters
Poor Neymar just can't catch a break.
Fresh off a battle with the mumps, the Barcelona forward suffered yet another injury that could see him miss even more playing time, reportedly leaving national team training early with a knee issue.
Neymar trained with the Brazilian team for about 20 minutes on Wednesday. After taking a shot on goal he clutched his right knee in pain. He then spoke with Brazil's team doctor, Rodrigo Lasmar, before limping off the pitch.
AS further reports that Neymar twisted his knee and will start on the bench as a precaution when Brazil meets Costa Rica for a friendly on Saturday. In his stead comes Bayern Munich winger Douglas Costa.
