Messi sends signed jersey to Ronaldinho

Seven years after Ronaldinho left Barcelona, the bond between he and Lionel Messi remains strong.

When they first shared the Camp Nou's locker room, Ronaldinho was the team's leader, and Messi was just beginning his professional soccer career. Eventually, the Brazilian legend became a mentor to Messi in his formative years.

As a testament to their friendship, "Dinho" shared a present he received from the Argentinian, who sent his former mate a signed Barca jersey with a message in Spanish that read: "For my friend Roni, with all of my affection. A big hug."
