VIDEO: Nike creates special collection cleats for Neymar
Nike really loves Neymar.
With the help of artist Bruno Carneiro Mosciaro, the international athletic corporation has released a new collection of cleats called "Ousadia Alegria," a motto that the Barcelona star has tattooed on his calves that translates to "daring" and "joy" in English.
"I associate 'Alegria' with the joy of living and playing football, which I love most, and 'Ousadia' in having the audacity to do something different, which people don't expect to see," explained Neymar.
Big created two different images to represent the mantra - a heart for "Ousadia," and a hand for "Alegria." The cleats are purposely mismatched.
"When you take your time to look at them, despite the boots looking the same, they are not," said Neymar.
The Free Hypervenom 2 drops on Jan. 31 on the Nike Football App, and the entire collection will drop on Feb. 2 on Nike.com.
