The internet baseball community might have its newest photoshop superstar.
During the ninth inning of a 5-5 game in Pittsburgh on Tuesday, one fan was especially irked after home plate umpire Hunter Wendelstedt called Mark Melancon's 2-1 pitch to the Cardinals' Matt Carpenter a ball. Though the Pirates eventually won in extra innings, the fan's epic stare down of Wendelstedt is sure to endure in the annals of internet meming.
