PHOTOS: Mets unveil NL championship rings
The New York Mets fell short of winning the World Series last season, but their efforts in winning the National League in the process aren't being overlooked.
The NL champions were presented with their league championship rings in a private ceremony on Thursday and, man oh man, do they ever look spectacular.

Each ring features 110 diamonds and 42 sapphires that form the NY logo.
The team also had a second version made up for family members, which is still plenty flashy, though it doesn't have as many diamonds.
