Heyward helmet tips angry fans during Cardinals return
Chicago Cubs outfielder Jason Heyward was expecting to hear it from St. Louis Cardinals fans on Monday, and he was certainly right in thinking so.
Both Heyward and teammate John Lackey split from St. Louis for lucrative contracts with the rival Cubs in the summer, and the former received a chorus of boos from a jam-packed Busch Stadium during pre-game introductions.
The displeasure for Heyward, however, didn't stop as he stepped to the plate for his first at-bat in St. Louis as a member of the Cubs.

And Heyward went down on strikes to Cardinals starter Mike Leake, St. Louis wasn't done razzing the 26-year-old.
Heyward, a former All-Star, hit .293/.359/.439 with 13 home runs and 60 RBIs, while producing a producing 6.0 WAR last season, but has gotten off to a rough start in 2016, slashing just .205 with a .564 OPS.
