Albert Pujols has a top-10 finish on his mind.
With two outs in the top of the third inning Monday, the Los Angeles Angels slugger unleashed a massive two-run shot off Texas Rangers starter Derek Holland to left-center field, tying him with Rafael Palmeiro for 12th on the all-time home run list with 569.
Pujols now sits 15 home runs shy of Mark McGwire for the leaderboard's No. 10 spot. Though, considering Pujols has averaged 37 home runs per season to date, it looks likely he'll overtake the former Oakland Athletics and St. Louis Cardinals slugger.
