Juan Uribe now understands why they call it the hot corner.
During Sunday's game between the Cleveland Indians and Los Angeles Angels, Uribe was stretchered off after taking a Mike Trout ground ball to the groin.
This wasn't just any grounder, though. It was a 106 mph scorcher that didn't take a friendly hop.
Upon being taken out, the club announced that he exited "after being hit by a ground ball in a very bad spot."
