Slow-pitch softball star Ryan Harvey definitely endeared himself to those at Tropicana Field on Sunday with a star-spangled home run.
In Tampa, Fla. for the "Long Haul Bombers Stadium Power Tour," Harvey sent a softball farther than many believed physically possible when he stamped the American flag in left-center field with a towering moonshot.
Harvey has left his mark on the sport of baseball over the years as well. The 31-year-old was drafted sixth overall in 2003 by the Chicago Cubs, and went on to launch 117 total home runs over eight seasons in the minors.
