In case you lost sleep over Trevor Bauer's drone being stuck in a tree last night, feel free to breathe easy again.
The Cleveland Indians hurler tweeted that the drone was rescued in a late-night mission by the Kansas City Royals' visiting clubhouse staff. The one-of-a-kind custom racing vessel was stuck high in the foliage at a public park.
After Twitter suggestions of cutting the tree down with a chainsaw, lighting it on fire, or using a 2-3 lb. fishing sinker, clubhouse staff seemed to get things under control.
Bauer offered free tickets to Tuesday or Wednesday's game in Kansas City to anyone who could free the drone.
